Bel Canto is by no means the only “good” style of singing, but it’s a great one. It’s the purest style there is, and makes the most of the vocal resonance. In Freedom Choir, we aim for a tone like this (for the women), except that we’d like the vibrato to be removed from it, so that we all blend together better.
